From late March to mid-April 2024, our team of expert engineers traveled to Turkey to install a 300kg vacuum induction melting furnace for our customer. This VIM furnace is designed for melting stainless steel and alloy steel.
Our team’s meticulous planning and technical prowess ensured seamless execution on-site. They demonstrated exceptional problem-solving skills and adaptability throughout the installation process.
Through close collaboration with the customer’s team, our engineers successfully commissioned the furnace and provided training to ensure efficient and safe operations. This milestone marks a significant achievement in our partnership, showcasing our commitment to delivering innovative solutions that drive the steel industry forward.
We also visited another customer in Turkey and maintained a vacuum gas quenching furnace for them. The furnace has been in stable operation for one year, and our customer is very satisfied.
