Brother Double Door Muffle Furnace has a double door with sliding rails on each door, easy to load and unload from two ends. It also makes chamber cooling fast to increase productivity.
This muffle furnace consists of high-quality alumina fiber brick and quality heating elements with a special design. There’re 4 different types of this double door muffle furnace:1200℃ / 1400℃ / 1700℃ / 1800℃ . It is an ideal electric muffle furnace for materials annealing and sintering.

- Power control with 51 segments programmable.

| Using Attentions | ● The cooling rate of this Muffle Furnace 1700 Type shall also not exceed 10℃/min. ● Toxic or explosive gases are not recommended for use with this furnace without necessary safety controls and supervision. ● Small cracks may appear on the surface of the refractory ceramics over extended use. This is a normal occurrence and the cracks may be repaired with alumina coating. ● A refractory door block must be inserted before closing door. |
