Vacuum Graphite Furnace

Vacuum Graphite Furnace up to 2200℃ (Vertical Type)

This Vacuum Graphite Furnace is periodic working and adopts graphite tubes as heating elements. The furnace chamber is made entirely from high-purity graphite, it has low density, reduced weight, and modest thermal capacity. It creates the ideal black body conditions inside the heating chamber for obtaining high uniformity. Graphite’s excellent thermo-mechanical properties allow rapid heating and cooling to reduce overall process cycles.

The working chamber is round and vertical (we also have the Horizontal type), mainly used for sintering metal material, non-metal material in a vacuum or protective atmosphere environment can also be used for sintering and purification of optical material.

This Graphite Vacuum Furnace can operate with protective gases such as Nitrogen/Argon, but cannot operate in an Oxygen atmosphere because of the Graphite insulation.
