Aluminum Brazing Vacuum Furnace

Aluminum Brazing Vacuum Furnace

The BR-QHS series Aluminum Brazing Vacuum Furnace is engineered to deliver high-precision, reliable, and efficient thermal processing. It provides a comprehensive, high-performance solution for demanding aluminum brazing applications, combining precision engineering, operational safety, and flexible configuration within a robust and durable design. Incorporating multiple advanced proprietary technologies, the furnace supports seamless one-touch automatic or manual operation, ensuring user-friendly control and consistent process execution.

Constructed for superior performance, the furnace rapidly attains an exceptionally uniform temperature under high vacuum conditions. It delivers outstanding precision, fast response, excellent reliability, and robust resistance to interference, backed by long service life and superior dynamic performance. The design emphasizes operational safety through integrated automatic safety interlock protection, comprehensive fault self-diagnosis, and alert systems, while its user-friendly interface and aesthetic design facilitate ease of operation and maintenance.

Furnace Structure & Design

The system is built around a robust horizontal single-chamber main unit, complemented by integrated vacuum, gas charging, electrical control, and water cooling systems. The furnace body and door feature a double-wall, water-cooled construction for effective thermal management. The core heating chamber is a cylindrical stainless steel assembly, comprising high-performance metal heating elements, thermal insulation shields, workpiece support mechanisms, and insulating bases, designed as a removable module for straightforward maintenance.

Key Technical Specifications & Systems

  • Heating System: A precisely tuned closed-loop control system, utilizing thermocouples, PID controllers, thyristor regulators, and heaters, guarantees high temperature control accuracy and excellent thermal responsiveness.

  • Control System: Centered on a 15-inch touchscreen, it provides fully automatic, real-time control over temperature, vacuum, gas flow, and mechanical functions. The intuitive graphical HMI dynamically displays process status, while offering extensive, secure data storage with configurable user access levels. Temperature regulation is managed by a precision Eurotherm industrial PID controller.

  • Vacuum System: Configurable to specific needs, the system achieves an ultimate vacuum of up to 5×10⁻⁴ Pa (cold, empty, baked). It incorporates a logical interlock system for operational safety and error prevention.

  • Temperature Performance: The furnace ensures long-term operation up to 700°C with a control accuracy of ≤±1°C and chamber uniformity of ±5°C. The heating rate is flexibly adjustable from 0 to 20°C/min.

Customization & Options

The effective heating zone, temperature control zoning, and vacuum system configuration are customizable to meet specific application requirements. Auxiliary equipment such as the Cooling Tower and External Loading Cart can be provided by the customer or sourced as part of a complete package.
