High Temperature Multi-Zone Tube Furnace, up to 5 Heating Zones, Max. Temperature 1600℃
According to a different temperature, the Multi-Zone tube furnace tube is high pure quartz or alumina, assembled with vacuum sealing flange. The furnace can heat or quench samples fast under vacuum or flowing inert gas situation. It is an ideal furnace for making quenching tests and temperature measurements. Plus 2-5 multi heating zone, each working zone can control separately.

Using Attentions | ● Cooling rate shall also not exceed 5℃ /min. ● Toxic or explosive gases are not recommended for use with this furnace without necessary safety controls and supervision. ● Small cracks may appear on the surface of the refractory ceramics over extended use. ● The tube furnace is avoid use vacuum above 1500℃, otherwise the tube will be serious deformation. |
